Collida Studio undertakes to carry out the assignment under the following Terms and Conditions.

 

Business hours:-

9am and 9pm.

Sample pictures and videos can be shared through What s app and please drop in for the same by fixing an appointment.

Costing

​

Important Note:

- All pictures, data of old and discontinued orders will get automatically deleted after 6 months.

- Upgrade to Candid Photos and Videos is chargeable additionally.

-  Pictures and videos of all shoots may be used for promotional purpose of the studio. In case the  customer chooses not to allow usage of their pics and videos  for promotional purpose, in that case the budget would be an additional  25% of the main budget.

- No pictures of clients will shared with any other agency/ individual other than the client themselves.

- Objections if any to the above mentioned terms & conditions please revert back within 48 hours of receiving.

- The terms of services is amended from time to time. Please go through the latest update on our website www.collidastudio.com

We ensure End to End Photography/Videography so that none of the expressions, moments, and persons are missed out.

The Cost Quotation is based on sessions and events.

No limitations in taking pictures during the event.

The finalised cost is valid for 6 months from the date of event. Delays in order processing exceeding 6 months from the shoot date will entail cost escalations depending on market conditions.

 

The Cost Package for any event is inclusive of :-

 

Shoot Cost :

Photography and Videography with External lights, battery lights (in case of Outdoor shoot) Assistants, and other miscellaneous charges.

Drone or Helicam will be charged additionally based on sessions.

 

Session Cost:

Minimum of 1 hour and maximum of 4 hours.

which includes Setup time, Test Shoot, Make up , Usage of properties, and Wrap up time.

Extension of session time will be charged Rs.1000/-per hour.

 

Transportation Cost:

More than 5kms will be charged depending on distance.

 

Payment Procedure:

Payments can be made with cash, cheque or via internet banking.

Kindly include Client's name for transaction reference.

 

50% of the payment from the quotation amount to be paid at the time of booking day.

Remaining 30% before handing over the pictures and 20% before handing over the album.

 

Booking Charges :  

Rs 1000/- to be paid at the time of confirmation for booking the shoot. The booking charges are non-refundable but adjustable against any other service.

Complimentary Shoot:

- If Complimentary shoot (Pre/post wedding and other shoot) is included in the package,

the photoshoot will be held in our studio only.

- In case of outdoor shoot an additional amount of Rs.1000/- is chargeable along with transportation and any entry charges at the locations.

- Restricted to single location and maximum of 4 hours session.

- Only 10 processed pictures will be shared.

Studio/Model Shoot

​

 

- Shoot Cost is based on session time.

- Single session ( 2 – 3 hrs ) will include one costume change, one make over ( hair and face) and 5 processed pictures will be shared.

- full day session ( 5- 7 hrs ) will include 2-3 costumes, one makeover and 10 processed pictures will be shared ( change in makeup or har styling if any will be charged separately ).

- Charges for makeup and hair styling will be additionally mentioned while planning the shoot. Only high quality makeup products will be used.

ALBUM / PHOTOBOOK

​

• Album Cost is based on the requirement of album-size and number of pictures chosen.

• All Pictures will be shared for selection of pictures within 7 days subject to payment of 40%.

• Client can collect it in a Hard drive/Pen drive at our studio.

• Delay in collection of pictures – picture need to be collected with-in one month from the date of event. After a period of one month from the date of event additional penalty of 10% (of the balance amount ) for every month thereon will have to be paid. After six months of no response from client the files will be automatically deleted.

• The Client should select the images that has to be included in the Album.

• The selected images can be shared through What s app E-mail or Google drive.

• Album shall be designed in any one of the formats available in the studio.

• Design layout cannot be changed.

• Redesign of album layout by client, shall be chargeable.

• The Album Design or the First draft will be shared for preview purpose between 30 to 45 days of receiving the selected pictures list.

• The second draft shall be ready within a week on approval of the first draft. No corrections are entertained at this stage.

• On design approval, the album will be delivered within 7 working days.

• Final Wedding Videos or other event videos will be delivered only at the time of final handing over the album subject to balance payment of 10%.

• Delivery charges between 5 to 10 kms will be charged Rs.350/- only.
